On September 26, 2020, Lowell Police responded to a Sutherland Street home for a report of gunshots. Upon arrival police located Adrian Kimborowicz suffering from an apparent gunshot wound but conscious.Â
According to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan, Garcia is charged with trafficking out of his Cold Spring Road home more than 100 grams of cocaine, trafficking over 200 grams of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm without a license,
Residents were stunned, this winter, to learn of the Middlesex District Attorney's allegations that Westford Academy history teacher Michael Colson would be arraigned on charges of criminal harassment and identification fraud.
When first responders did arrive on scene, the victim was transported and a medical flight was requested.  However, before that  could happen, the victim  died from his injuries at Lowell General Hospital. This case has been referred to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and a positive identification is pending.
